• Shipping within India is free for all orders above INR 2000.
• Shipping for Cash on Delivery and orders below INR 2000 is INR 100.
• Order is shipped within 2 to 3 working days or Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
• All our products are handmade so there might be a slight delay for the products that are curated specifically as per the customer demand.
• One can track their order via the link shared through the email.
• Once shipped the product will take 4 to 5 working days to reach you.

• Shipping for all international orders would be calculated during checkout depending upon the value and size of the order.

• Our products are handmade and may have certain irregularities in the pattern which only adds to its beauty. Nevertheless in the rarest case if you wish to return our product below is the process.
• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or if the packaging is tampered with you should email us the details along with a picture within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item should be unused and unwashed and should have original packaging and tags in place, without it the return won’t be accepted.
• Sarees with fall and edging, blouses cut from the saree and customised products would not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
• On confirmation over email from us, you will need to ship the product back to our address.
• We will replace the returned item or issue a credit note which can be used whenever you want to shop with us again.
• Shipping charges of 150/- will be applicable incase of return or exchange.
• ITEMS ON SALE AND ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE/EXHIBITIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE ONLINE.
• Shipping and COD charges are non refundable.

• If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped.
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
• The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.
• We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
• The product exchange request would be accepted within 10 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, the replacement product would be shipped to you within 5-7 working days.
• Raise your exchange request within 10 days of receiving the shipment by either dropping us a mail at contactus@theloomlane.com or contact us on WhatsApp +91 9318322251.
• On confirmation over email from us, you will need to ship the product back to our address.
• Original packaging and tags needs to be intact while shipping the product back to us.
• Return or exchange request would not be accepted after 10 days of delivery.
• Sarees with fall and edging, blouses cut from the saree and customised products would not be accepted for return or exchange.
• If you wish to exchange the product ordered with another product of higher amount, a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned would be given. You can use it while placing order and pay the balance amount on your next purchase.
• If you wish to exchange the product with another product of lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and credit note for the balance amount would be given which can be used for your next purchase.
• Exchange is only valid for two times.

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment email informing you about the items that were shipped, the Courier used to ship these items, the Courier's website address, and a tracking number.
